The employees are nice, and they try to be helpful, but the service is slow and inefficient. Sometimes, you get a call when your prescription is ready, if there is a problem filling it you probably will not be called. Delays in getting a prescription filled can be several days to a week - they did not call and notify me of problems. I have to keep calling. I have been disconnected several times after a wait of three or four minutes on the phone. Twice, I was transferred to the deli.

Bottom line - I never assume my prescription will be filled without a problem, even if it's just a refill. Sorry to say, I'm giving up. My advice, find another pharmacy. It's too bad.
